有沒(méi)有覺(jué)得參加完一次聚會(huì)回來(lái)，感覺(jué)似乎認(rèn)識(shí)了好多人，跟不少人說(shuō)了不少的話(huà)，但是一句都想不起來(lái)?告訴你吧，因?yàn)樵诰蹠?huì)上，人們之間的談話(huà)基本都是nonversation。
Nonversation means a completely worthless conversation, wherein nothing is illuminated, explained or otherwise elaborated upon, typically occurs at parties, bars or other events where meaningful conversation is nearly impossible。
Nonversation(無(wú)聊談話(huà))指沒(méi)有闡述任何實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)容，也沒(méi)有任何解釋或說(shuō)明意義的、毫無(wú)價(jià)值的談話(huà)，這種談話(huà)通常發(fā)生在派對(duì)、酒吧等有意義的談話(huà)幾乎不太可能發(fā)生的場(chǎng)合。
For example:
Smith: What a waste of time it is talking to that guy。
跟那人聊天簡(jiǎn)直太浪費(fèi)時(shí)間了。
Jones: I know, every time I do, it's like a complete nonversation。
我明白。每次跟他聊天，我都覺(jué)得談話(huà)及其無(wú)聊。
