.職位描述RESPONSIBILITIES

•通過綜合理財規(guī)劃引導和幫助客戶分析現有財富或資產的配置情況，并發(fā)掘需求，然后介紹相應的產品。

•負責與銷售經理和支行行長共同配合對支行理財經理在綜合理財規(guī)劃和需求為導向的銷售技能技巧方面進行培訓，輔導和指導。

•負責與銷售經理和支行行長共同配合和規(guī)劃支行的保險業(yè)務和相關銷售活動。

•負責維護和管理客戶關系，確保客戶與銀行保持持續(xù)且良好的服務體驗。

•嚴格遵守合規(guī)要求和公司內部對銷售的相關規(guī)定。

KEYREQUIREMENTS

•高度誠信正直

•具有國家承認的大學本科學歷

•具備良好的溝通能力，熱忱的服務態(tài)度，工作主動積極。

•通曉保險法律法規(guī)，保險產品和投資產品知識，并具備財務規(guī)劃能力

•熟悉稅法和金融經濟市場者優(yōu)先。

•具有AFP金融理財師或CFP國際金融理財師資質者優(yōu)先。

工作經驗：具備至少2年以上銀行財富管理或保險公司理財規(guī)劃的相關工作經驗
